VEVRAA is Enforced by the OFCCP

VEVRAA is the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 amended.   It is enforced by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, OFCCP, a division of the Department of Labor.  The OFCCP was incepted in October, 1979.
