This work is dedicated on April 22, 2007 to Vesta Joyce Gutsche and her husband, Richard Gutsche.  Richard was by his wife's side as she died shortly after 5 a.m. today from inoperable pancreatic cancer.  I met Joyce once but worked with Dick for almost 10 years at 20th Century Fox Film Corporation.  They loved their children and their fellow travelers on this earth of ours.  God has blessed them and all who have been fortunate enough to have known them.
