We are proud to present a resource that is the best on the Internet.
Col. Dan Cedusky has been the best fighter for veterans that we know. We
have recommended ColDan many times to veterans in need of medical, legal, and
help of all types. If ColDan doesn't have the answer to your question, he can advise you who to contact in many instances.
Compared to ColDan, we are specialists in VEVRAA and USERRA only.
Please go to the Legal help page for more information.

VEVRAA update. A year ago there was a rumor that VEVRAA was being
changed. In 60 days the minimum amount of an employers government contract
changes from $25,000 to $100,000 for veterans to file a complaint against their
employers under VEVRAA. Also, the OFCCP has been assigned the power to
investigate all EEOC complaints. EEOC right to sue letters have been
assigned to the OFCCP as well. January 10, 2006 A

Subject: My Experience
YES to VCAL!!!!
I am a veteran of the U.S. Army. Here are some of my experiences:
1. I had the honor and privilege of being dishonored by my fellow classmates in college while on the G.I. Bill.
2. I have had the opportunity to only obtain jobs that really no one else wanted. I've done well, but believe me - I've had to work at it. Probably much harder than my friends from high school who were recovering from beer bashes in college while I was jumping out of C130's. The fact that vets are specifically eligible for jobs like janitor in the Federal government says it all.
3. I recently attempted to gain employment with the Federal system. I cannot believe the fraud involved. Most of my applications went to the Dept. of the Army. I guess a vet can take a bullet for them - just don't try to work for them as a civilian.
4. I attempted to go through a recruiting agency specializing in veterans. I was told by them that I had been out too long (10 years) and that my service did not count to their clients. Can you imagine being told that by another vet? You know what I suggested? DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
5. I called the VETS office in my state looking for information on the VETS-100 program. I was yelled at and treated rudely. All I was looking for was website information. It is wrong for someone to treated that way by someone in the position to serve them. I know that every vet isn't a peach. But you what? That is what they're there for! To assist us. Period.
I have not yet finished my journey. I'm sure that it will only continue to get more interesting as I go. Thanks for letting me share.

Yes, Any information I send to this site may be reproduced/and or copied for the benefit of
other Veterans to get a full understanding of how corrupt our legal system is, and the
control of BIG BUSINESS over the lawyers and judges who are the pawns used to discriminate
(intentionally) against Veterans and Americans w/disabilities.
