Veterans Rights' Advocates Call for Attorneys

The Veterans Rights Advocates are searching for attorneys to assist veterans with there rights in the workplace.  If you are an attorney that has experience or is willing to help veterans with their rights in the workplace, please go to AskTell to register your name, e-mail, and relevant background.  You must know what it takes to try a case in Federal Court and understand a veterans rights under VEVRAA or USERRA as a minimum requirement to provide legal assistance to a veteran in need of a labor lawyer regarding his veterans rights in the workplace.  Knowing how to deal with the OFCCP and/or VETS would make a lawyer more valuable to veterans legal causes.  Some veterans need specialized legal aid to file appeals.

After searching through 60,000 attorneys around and in Los Angeles, we could not find an attorney who had provided assistance to a veteran in the workplace.  Also, none of these attorneys knew what the OFCCP did or meant.  In addition, there are about 180,000 practicing attorneys registered in California alone.

PrepaidLegalServices (PPLS) has been thoroughly investigated and was found to never have helped a single veteran in the workplace in the federal courts system under VEVRAA.  The PPLS home office in Oklahoma confirmed this fact by not citing one such case involving a veteran.  A large law firm that is a member of PPLS, stated that they have never gone into the federal courts system to represent a veteran under VEVRAA.  A long term associate member of PPLS flatly stated that the PPLS lawyers never go up against the federal agencies. Therefore, the PPLS Google advertising has been removed from this page.

Any attorney listed here will be subject to the following rules: 

1) The attorney must be qualified to practice in the federal courts system.  

2) A veteran will contact a listed attorney directly. 

3) If a LINK is available for a lawyer, the LINK will be provided for the veteran.
