<DIV><STRONG><FONT color=#007f7f size=4>We are Vietnam veterans who have been petitioning the government for our employment, reemployment and Affirmative Action rights in the workplace for over thirty (30) years.</FONT></STRONG></DIV>

<DIV><STRONG><FONT color=#007f7f size=4>Unfortunately, the DOL-VETS (Veteran's Employment and Training Services) and the DOL-OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) who are mandated by Congress with the authority and jurisdiction to enforce the statutes of the Veterans Reemployment Rights Act (VRRA), Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) - DOL-VETS jurisdiction&nbsp;-&nbsp;and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA)&nbsp;- DOL-OFCCP's jurisdiction - are failing to protect and to secure these rights for veterans nationwide as documented on our website.</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
